Huskies Fall to Adelphi

BLOOMSBURG--The Bloomsburg University men's tennis team suffered its first loss of the season on Sunday falling to Adelphi University, 7-2, at Bloomsburg.

Bloomsburg picked up a win at number three doubles when Jeff Nuhfer (Warren/Warren Area) and Mark Schroeder (Basking Ridge, NJ/Ridge) won 8-2 at number three doubles. The Huskies also picked up a win at six singles from Alan Hummel (Manheim/Hempfield) who won in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1.

Bloomsburg goes to 7-1 with the loss and will host Kutztown on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
